Harbour Centre Lookout Harbour Centre is located in the heart of downtown near the Waterfront Skytrain Station / Seabus Station. Harbour Centre is one of the tallest buildings in the city and quite noticeable in any downtown Vancouver skyline photograph. For a fee you may ride the outside elevator to the top of the Harbour Centre lookout point then walk around the 360 degree deck. This lookout provides full panaromic views of the entire downtown Vancouver including Stanley Park. If you don't want to pay for the elevator ride then consider dining at the Top of Vancouver restaurant for lunch or dinner. Restaurant patrons can ride the elevator for free. However, the restaurant menu is quite pricey and food is not very good. [ Harbour Centre Lookout more info ]
